Once delivered, which was fairly quickly, i emptied the containers and found that there were only 9 chicken balls. I had this problem with a previous order too, so I phoned to let Phoenix house know. I explained the situation and heard some animated discussion in the background, after which the call was dropped. So I phoned back explained the story all again and suggested they look at their quality control before dispatching, no apology but a thank you for letting them know. I know this is not 5 star dining but you would expect to receive what you paid for. This episode has left a bad customer experience for me and a loss of a customer for them.
We placed our order for Chinese takeout via WhatsApp before the restaurant opened at 5:00pm. The food arrived by 5:20pm and it was one of the best Chinese meals we have ever had.
Wife ordered Sweet sour Chicken Cantonese style I had THE best salt pepper spare ribs, son chips prawn crackers ? We're all full can't recommend the speed, quality of food friendliness of staff. Top notch
We always choose this Chinese restaurant for takeout. The food is delicious and delivery is always prompt.
Not the worst I've had, but close to it! Overly salty, crispy beef soggy and bland noodles. Asked to wait outside due to covid restrictions which is understandable. I waited and waited, seeing people go in and out. I'd ordered via phone beforehand, so didn't expect to also wait long after arrival. Another customer came out and asked if I was number 12? He said they'd been calling the number inside for ages! How was I supposed to hear it, when the door was closed and I'd been asked to wait outside??? This is a take-away restaurant only, not sit down inside. Sadly, the food wasn't great and we go elsewhere now.
