Bidrage med feedbackThe staff is extremely friendly, and I used to visit this restaurant about three times a week. However, I will not be returning after my experience on the first Sunday in March. Despite there being plenty of available tables, I was turned away as they had closed the main side. This happened at 2:30 in the afternoon, so it was not even late. I find it frustrating that they would turn away customers in such a situation. Therefore, I will not be using this restaurant again.
My family and I have been dining at this restaurant since it was first opened as Harry's. We have always loved the food, but yesterday two of us ordered sandwiches with brown bread. The bread was extremely dry, making the sandwich difficult to eat. It was a different type of bread than they used to use, and not very enjoyable.
I ordered the breakfast roll and it came to the table with a frozen hash brown in the middle. I informed the young girl and she replaced it with another one, but that was also frozen. I told the girl not to cook another one, but she looked at me as if to say it wasn't their fault and walked away. I decided to just leave the place and will not be returning.
Why still called Harry’s on here I have no idea as it is now could Heavenly. needs a good paint up staff were ok friendly the iced latte was ok had better. £5.95 for a ham cheese sandwiches more a toasty was nice. the salad make it think is a high end cafe make it a proper salad not a bought in. what really dose pee me is paying extra for Alternative milk
Ordered what was said on menu as a granary bread sandwch to be given wholemeal bread, when I stated I wasn't happy as I dont like wholemeal bread I was told that no one else had a problem with it , awful customer service no apology although I was offered an alternative which would have been white bread which I declined. .Was then told she would give a refund this time . Shocking I wont be returning due to awful attitude.
