Clavo Cellars - Templeton

Went with a group of girlfriends to see Burlesque show and it was so fun! Really lovely wines and a funny, sexy, clever show! Bar snacks would've capped it off perfectly! I do hope they have more shows in the future because it was a great night out for a gal who doesn't do big crowds.

Really great wine! Such a wide variety and they let you taste the variations between years, which is really interesting for the palette to taste the same wine but from different years. The owner is also a really nice guy who I'll explain how the wine is made, which is not something you get from larger vineyards whose employees only know so much. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!!

Clavo Cellars has a nice tasting room in the historic downtown Templeton. We've enjoyed the wines, atmosphere, and staff. Only ding is that the price point on some of the offerings are a bit high. Would recommend a visit.
