Worst customer service we spend 97.00 dollars on food most of the food was wrong the wings that I ordered were uncooked. I called back to tell them about my order and the guy that answer got upset and got loud yelling . Never ordering food from there

I came here from out of town. Ordered a shrimp and broccoli combo with 4 wings. Paid about $17. Went home started to eat my food. Saw something kinda small thinking it was a piece of shrimp I put it in my mouth. Instantly my body felt weird the suspected shrimp felt weird on my tongue so I spit it out. Man I looked at it saw some MF EYES!!! It was a ROACH!!!! I sat there in disgust contemplating my whole life. Immediately called back explained to him what happened he said ok come back I’ll give you a refund I came back he waited until all the other customers left to say let me see the food I gave him the food. He immediately seemed to know where the roach was told me it was broccoli soft and covered in sauce… I said that’s not broccoli he said yes it is went to smush the roach with his fingers then acted like he ate it but I seen him throw it on the side of his mouth to the floor he said see I ate it! I said no you didn’t it’s right here on the floor I’d like my money back he said are you keeping the wings I said no thank you then he gives me back $16 and some change not even full amount I paid
