Sushi In The Box - Temple City

Rating: 3.5 stars. The Bento boxes are a great value! The service was quick, and the tempura, fried pork, and chicken dishes were all delicious. However, the sashimi was inconsistent, with the raw fish tasting off at times. Also, they now charge $1 for the previously free miso soup. (July 2021)

The service was excellent and the Katsu was delicious at this restaurant. However, the teriyaki beef was a bit tough, but overall it was not too bad.

The Bentobox at this restaurant is very good. It did take 30 minutes to make, but I believe it was worth it because they make it from scratch. They also call you when the order is ready so you can wait in your car. I suggest going there, ordering once, and then if you decide on something you like, you can call in and place your order ahead of time.

We had the Bento boxes and some Cali reels. The food was very delicious and the prices were reasonable, especially if you get the benefits of buying one half of specials. Keep this place on my rotation

Items 13-24 are on special currently for ‘Buy 1 get 1 at 50% off’. An order of 2 rainbow rolls and 2 dragon rolls came out to less than $33 dollars. Party tray #4 is an awesome deal for people who like it raw. Party tray #3 is great for no-raw lovers. Hand rolls are 2 pieces for $6. Great place to get take out. They ask for your phone number and you pick up by giving the last 4 digits of your phone number.
