The food is really good, but once I found a piece of hair in my soup, it wasn't my hair. ??

Are they only serving dumplings and pasta dishes? Do they have any other options available?

This restaurant is incredibly busy with many loyal customers always waiting in line for a table. After a 30-minute wait, we finally placed our order. The kitchen was clearly overwhelmed, but the two female servers were working tirelessly. The owners, a man in charge of the kitchen and a woman managing the front, worked well together as a team. The food had its hits and misses - the spicy noodle with peanut butter sauce was a disappointment with sticky and muddy noodles, but the sliced beef with pancakes was excellent. The pan-roasted meat dumplings were delicious with thin, meat-filled dough, and the thin onion pancakes were a must-try. The beef tendon noodle soup had flavorful broth and perfectly textured noodles. The wonton with spicy sauce was overly spicy and overcooked with muddy skins. Overall, the restaurant's famous dishes were a hit, and the parking in the plaza was convenient and free.

The food and noodles here are really delicious. If I were dining alone, I would have a hard time deciding what to order. Overall, it's a good experience.

Slow and poor service. We waited for 20 minutes and got a wrong dish. No excuse. The noodle soup is good. The noodles and rolls are below average.
