Rubio's Coastal Grill - Tempe

I absolutely love The Coastal Trio, but the Mexican Street Corn Large Side is what truly stands out. I have never been disappointed when dining here. Even though I also ordered chips and salsa, I am already too full to enjoy them. The tacos are generously sized and the street corn is incredibly delicious. This place is simply awesome.

I often dine at Rubios, but I always go to a specific location because of experiences like this one. During my last visit, I was unpleasantly surprised to find burned black fish in the last bite of my taco. It took me a moment to figure out what it was, haha. Additionally, the churro tasted like it was fried in old oil that had been sitting for five days.

This Mexican Street Corn Bowl is one ofthe best dishes Ive ever had. I order once or twice a week. Its fantastic.

Fantastic dish. Such a treat. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Very pleasant and quick service. Had the fish taco plate. Love that you can charge your own condiments. Let's go with the river.
