Mod Pizza - Tempe

The food tastes good, and they have a gluten free crust... but I will not be going back to this location ever again. My family and I placed online orders to save time. When I went to go pick it up, I went to the online pickup counter. The guy turning pizzas asked if I had an online order, and I said yes, three, actually. He turned back around and kept turning pizzas. He did not ask what the names were, what the orders were, nothing. I stood there expecting a follow up question or maybe a statement, like it 's almost ready but nope, I read I stood and listened to the 4 employees discuss shifts and plans for time off for the next 5 minutes with no further acknowledgement. Mind you this is after the time our order should have been ready as well. Finally I said, so you asked if we had an order but then you turned around and kept doing your own thing? Our orders were for X, X, and X. Are they ready or no? Then he said it 'll be few more minutes. It would have been nice if he mentioned that when we got there so we could take a seat and wait instead of just standing there like bumps on a log. You would think that was the end of it, but when we got home, found out that my bro-in-law had a chicken caesar salad without chicken on it, and my pizza was also missing an ingredient I had asked for. We were so mad we decided to not call because we had no desire to go back and deal with that kind of service. Tl;dr: Mod Pizza is good, but stay away from this location.

Exceptional fast service, pizza was nicely cooked. Their lemonade are really good. I forgot how good Mod Pizza was. Unlimited toppings ftw.

I like Mod Pizza in general and this location is great. I submitted an order online and picked it up. The order was ready when I got there ans still warm when I ate it. They have two of my all time favorite pizza toppings which are near impossible to find elsewhere: Roasted Garlic and Roasted. I highly recommend both them as well as the trying different sauce toppings.

Awesome food! It's not a traditional pizza joint, however, the flavors are awesome and it tastes really good fresh out of the oven!

I really enjoyed my experience at MOD Pizza. The pizza was great, with a fast, crunchy crust and plenty of customization options. The toppings were all fresh, and I was really able to make the pizza my own. Overall, a great experience!
