Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tempe

I haven't ate at chipotle in a long time because every time I went there my beans weren't cooked and the food was not good. Well this location is really good or maybe they have changed some things with all the negative publicity that has happened. The chips were fresh and my burrito was perfect, beans were cooked and the chicken had good flavor I'll definitely be back..

I love Chipotle, this location is a little on the busier side because it?s next to ASU but the quality of food is not as good as it could be. They are either out of a bunch of things and don?t make new batches of food or cook too much that it sits out and makes the food taste burned from sitting on the line for so long. The reason I?m reviewing today is because I?m upset that the side of queso I received was filled up halfway and it was an item I paid extra for. When I was a kitchen manager at chipotle I was trained to fill it with 2 scoops for sides of queso, not sure if the rules changed or if they just didn?t have enough to spare. Either way I wish I would?ve known that it was going to be that little of a portion before adding it to my pick up order because I wouldn?t have got it. This chipotle is convenient because it?s at The Tempe marketplace but if you?re searching for good quality chipotle choose a different one.

This is a very busy Chipotle, being inside Tempe Marketplace. The line can get long, but not too long of a wait. Employees are friendly, but need more large tables as people from churches would come after Sunday service.

We've always gotten great service when we visit. The food is great too and always fresh.

I did a pick up order through Doordash of chicken burrito bowl and paid extra for steak. The bowl was 60% empty. I told the employee and she said that I ordered hlaf and half, which wasn?t true. I got a chicken bowl and paid extra for steak. On top of it, i got sick from the food. Second time that i eat at this location and get sick. Never eat there again.
