Red Lobster - Temecula

Great food and a great 1st experience! Thank you Red Lobster!

I had the lobster shrimp tacos special. It was great. Watermelon lemonade was refreshing. I was expecting the usual cheddar biscuits but was surprised with a grain biscuit. I didn't mind. Service was excellent.

So disappointed in my experience tonight. Waited for over an hour for drinks and appetizers. Waited two hours for food. The server was horrible. Luckily another gentleman stepped in and took over the table. Nothing like spending $300 for poor service. At least the food was good. Very surprised as they usually are on it. Always had good service before this. Hopefully it’s a one off.

Had a great time here. Quiet, servers were friendly, food was good. The restroom was very clean. And overall cleanliness was great. This is a well maintained restaurant that takes value in their customers. Unfortunately, an experience not easily found anymore. My wife and I enjoyed our time here immensely. And hope to be more frequent in our visits.

Always a treat to go out with family to Red Lobster but it is even better when we get amazing service from Eileen! She was attentive, friendly, and efficient! Definitely worth the wait to get a table in her section and be treated so well. Look forward to coming back, again!
