Sidework - TELLURIDE

As usual excellent (and original) eating with excellent service. we are always nervous when a favorite place changes chefs, but sidework was all as good as ever.

As always we had a great experience eating in sidework. the food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. they also have a large selection of cocktails and wein. I recommend the crispy farm egg and wild mushroom croquettas for appetizers. for the main course we had the whole roasted branzino (for two people). also the braised short ribs are fantastic.

Food was exceptional and so was service, everyone so polite and welcoming. Thank you so much for such a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner!
