Well, I think this will be the first review from what I see. This place has reopened its doors on several occasions. I want to start by saying that I'm not going to review the place with bad intentions, but having eaten here on several occasions, I can understand why it doesn't end up working out after a while. There is no need to godify Mexican food. It is a very simple meal to prepare. Therefore, its strength is in good shape. Having said that, I can start by saying: 1. You cannot send an incomplete dish, this happened to us tonight. 2. Since the food is so basic, I understand that everything should be prepared in advance except for a very few dishes and so they should not say that there is not something specific, as in my case: Aztec soup. 3. Live music must be appropriate to the space of the venue. It is not very pleasant to eat with a horn at full volume, the intention is understood, but they must adapt to what is primarily a restaurant. 4. Dishes range between $4 and $10. 5. Very expensive beer $2!!! 6. I ordered some mixed enchiladas and they only came with beef very tasty by the way . 7. Serving a table is serving everyone at the same time, they are not dishes so elaborate that we eat some at a time and others later. It should be corrected now and not overlooked this point . 8. And management must be attentive to the entire process from the order to the kitchen, correcting and providing process feedback until the optimal service point is achieved. Believe me, you will be a success if you apply a good process to your tasks.
