Bidrage med feedbackWhat a cute little tea room in the heart Dunsford. Such amazing views from the upstairs seating area and beautiful garden. This place has so much character. I came with my husband, we enjoyed a roast beef sandwich and a bubble and squeak which were both tasty and just what we needed after a long walk. We then had a cream tea which was astonishing I don’t think I’ve ever tasted a scone quite like that. The staff were polite and lovely to chat to. I definitely think this place has stepped up from the previous owner. I will definitely be coming again and have recommend family and friends to visit also.
This place seems to be trading off the good reviews of previous owners. Ripped table covers and parasol, dead hanging basket, overgrown garden. Food and drink is not as described ie can of lemonade, with elderflower supposed to be pressed. Not happy!!
Visited today 22/06/23 with family and sat in the overgrown garden, full of bindweed ,with very shabby tables , torn tablecloth and torn parasols. The teacakes were hard and the elderflower presse was a can of lemonade with elderflower, not as advertised! The whole experience was extremely disappointing and will not be visiting again or recommending.
My girlfriend and I popped in for a quick coffee and a breakfast bap as I heard the Walled Gardens had just reopened. It was absolutely lovely. The staff were friendly, and welcoming. The interior is clean and fresh, the food was great and I look forward to coming by again!
Beautiful tea room with a stunning garden! We sat in the sunshine and enjoyed delicious food and cakes. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend
