Albedrio - Tegucigalpa

Albedrio is well located new boulevard suyapa. the menu of the restaurant is 50% vegan, which is surprising in tegucigalpa. its menu varies from dishes, pasta, tacos, paella etc. and uses vegetable protein such as tofu and since. I like the diverse availability they have. sometimes I find new seasonal options like fooling, a national dish eaten in December. this restaurant is worth a visit.

The bright, airy atmosphere and lush greenery in the middle of the city set a perfect tone for our dining experience. While the prices may be on the higher side, the variety of vegan choices is excellent, the flavors are delicious, and the dishes are beautifully presented.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The menu is very diverse and all the dishes are delicious.
