They never delivered our order and they couldn't give us a refund... Theft really

Foodpanda is extremely disappointing. They cancelled my order last minute during delivery without any heads up or call claiming they cant find my address. In fact they have delivered to me here many times before.

Already ordered for more than mins. Got email that it is being delivered and we should wait for more minutes. Then the restaurant called just to inform that the food has not been prepared. So dissapointed

For my son's bday today, I tried to order some of his favourite food online, as he studies in surabaya, away from home, and found the option to preorder via Foodpanda and paid by credit card. Even added some special notes which clearly said Have a yummy birthday son I got the email confirmation and sms, even a phone call confirming the order. … More

Good food delivery service with decent processing. Would be nice if have more restaurants.
