Gvimra Wine - Tbilisi

The atmosphere is brilliant, especially in the evening. The waiter turned out to be a not ordinary person. It was a pleasure to talk to him.

Definitely a beautiful place. The trout was delicious, but expensive and the part was small. Amber wine was good. The owner is cool.

Gvimra is one of the amazing restaurants in Tbilisi. What's not to like ? The food is excellent and original, the wine selection rich and very fine. Plus, the service is quick and or quality. I particularly enjoy the quality of the products and the originality of the dishes. I've liked it so much that I went back a couple of times because I knew Gvimra would not disappoint. It's not particularly more expensive compared to restaurants in Tbilisi serving the same type of food over and over. I suggest the Abkhazura and Jgia wine, I loved them both ! And the salad is amazing, so simple yet with a perfect dressing.
