Bidrage med feedbackI have been to the Lansing location before, but this was my first time at this location. It wasn't a bad experience, despite it being Valentine's Day. I sat at the bar and didn't get served right away because they said they were busy, although it didn't seem that way to me since others who came after me got served first. Eventually, I did get served and enjoyed a great meal along with a nice cold Berry Cider.
We were seated immediately because the restaurant wasn't too busy. Our waitress was excellent, at first. As the night progressed, the service suffered even though the restaurant emptied out.. I understand the staffing challenges, but our server simply disappeared. Forgotten drinks were blamed on someone else should have brought them. Missing dessert items came so late they were no longer desired. BJ's chain wide seems to be hit-or-miss. I hope they figure it out as it appears to me that the issue is regional to Michigan. Have low expectations and you'll be fine. For my money, I'd rather spend it elsewhere.
My boyfriend is a huge fan of the pork chops at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the last four times we tried to order them, they were already sold out. This time, they assured us they still had some available, and when we arrived, there was only one left. We hurried to place our order to make sure he got them. We were satisfied with the food, but the service left much to be desired. The server repeatedly referred to me and my daughter as "babe," which made us uncomfortable. When it came time to pay, our server (Brittaney, as per the receipt) assumed my boyfriend would be covering the bill and handed him the check, even though I intended to treat us. I used the QR code on the receipt to pay, but Brittaney returned to inform me of a complimentary dessert, deleted my online payment, and charged my card for over $100 without my consent. After realizing I had been charged over $200 for our meal, I had to contact the restaurant a week later to request a refund. I was told it would take another 3-5 days for the funds to return to my account, which eventually took a total of 10 days. Before charging a customer's card without permission, I suggest obtaining their consent first. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating.
The service at this restaurant was exceptional. The bartender Timber and manager Austin went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated and brighten my day. The pizza was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic.
I?ve come in here quite a few times and always had a decent dining experience even when orders have been messed up in the past. I was in the area today and decided to stop by to grab dinner. It wasn?t super busy, and I was seated quickly. I sat at my table for over 10 minutes without any servers acknowledging me, walked by me, and even cleaned the tables next to me and rearranged the tables and chairs. I know I was seen, but after waiting I got up and left because the couple the got seated after me were instantly greeted by a server and received their drinks pretty quickly
