Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a gluten free chocolate cake and a board for our anniversary. The cake was the best gluten free cake I have had, not the least bit dry, which gluten free can be. The design on the cake was beautiful. I would recommend Charissa.
Wonderful customer service!! goes out of the way for her clients. And cookies are delicious too!!
I have celiacs. I found this place by complete accident. They do anything you want gluten free. I just ordered my cake for my birthday on Saturday
Thank you so much Charissa's, my wife and I loved everything you did for our daughters first birthday. The Cocomelon cake was a huge hit, everyone loved how it was decorated. The Cocomelon cupcakes and cookies added a nice touch to how we decorated. I was recommended to Charissa’s for great value and last minute services. I’ve ordered 4 orders now in total over the last 8 months..the first order for my guests was delivered on time although I never received notification or a picture as I had asked but the guests were surprised The last 3 orders…not a good experience. The second order- there was little to no communication and I requested my order a week in advance…again the optimistic person in me figured she was swamped. The last two orders (I’m still waiting for delivery and a refund. I ordered last minute for extra magic for a large party at Disney celebrating a special birthday. I knew it was last minute but had read reviews that people did submit these….though in talking to my colleagues, I would’ve known not to even bother I ordered Saturday- received invoice and receipt of payment that I proactively added a tip on for a total for both orders of $68. I attempted multiple times to message her on Facebook- no response so I called Sunday 6/26 at 11:00 and inquired…She told me she would have her assistant check on the invoice as I never received TA discount and I said what time would the deliveries be going out as I have guests at AOA who are doing a pool day. She reminded me that deliveries go out in the afternoon and confirmed my name for the orders. When she confirmed, she said they are finishing the orders and I asked for photos so I could inform the guests of the surprise….. Sunday 6/26 By 8:40pm, both resorts did not receive anything from Charissa’s bakery….I never got any communication after our phone call and have yet to receive any communication or a refund….. As an agent, I will not be ordering anymore from her bake shop. Again, I certainly understand pulling off a last minute order but please don’t say you’re finishing up then talk with me, tell me it will be going out shortly as it’s finishing up then never send a picture, never respond to my messages . I did leave a voicemail requesting my refund…..I was so bummed for my guests?
