Bidrage med feedbackI had an amazing experience at Brazz last night with fantastic food, service, and cocktails. It was honestly one of the best meals I have ever had, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you, and I highly recommend this restaurant.
Unfortunately, despite the friendly staff, this restaurant has lost its charm. It is quite expensive, so it was disappointing to see paper napkins instead of fresh flowers on the table. The cod dish was mediocre and I had to remind the staff twice to bring me a beer. It was a letdown considering we had come a long way to dine here.
This restaurant used to be classy, but now it is expensive with poor service. When we came for breakfast, the food was mediocre at best. The black pudding was the worst I have ever tried, it tasted like it had been cooked in petrol. When we finally got the attention of a young waitress and told her about our experience, she said she would pass on our comments to the chef. However, nothing was done to rectify the situation and we were not even offered the bill. When we finally asked for it, there was no apology or indication that our feedback had been taken into account. We ended up paying over £30 for terrible food. I would recommend avoiding this place as there are better options in Taunton.
Arrived at 6.30pm to sit down at 7pm. Waited 45 minutes for our starters mostly OK, however I ordered Fish Cakes, turned out it was one small fish cake in some weird tasting sauce. The fish cake was bland with little or no seasoning. The mains arrived three were OK however the burgers were awful, sloppy and virtually impossible to eat. The Gnocchi again was bland and with a tasteless sauce. This place obviously can't take criticism judging by their reply to Feduptodeath, no customer service skills, instead of apology thy looked up their previous comments on other places and commented on them. If you can't stand the heat, close your kitchen.
Visited Brazz after a lovely evening carol singing in Vivary park. We were shocked by the cost of 2 mulled wines. £16! and they were only 175ml. First and last visit I'm afraid.
