Last Saturday I bought 2 zinger wings buckets as takeaways...but when I get home 1 bucket was 8 piece chicken and not so fresh either.....I was a bit upset and disappointed because even their price are different and I couldn't even take it back because children was hungry and wanted to eat but frankly I wasn't happy at all because its for the second time something of this sort happen. The space is too small, and it cannot accommodate the number of customers that it caters for. Kid-friendliness: Not kids friendly at all. The fried chicken is sometimes like a cardboard when you chew it. Sometimes KFC's flagship spice is not apparent, taste-wise. You can only smell it. If only they could rinse the chicken pieces before frying them, otherwise their chicken will always taste like live chicken. I love the customer service though. No order, I stood for more than 1hour waiting for a Twister and Dunked wings, it is too full. The restaurant is dirty.
