Excellent coffee, abysmal service. Really not in line with the products and the image of the café. If you hate people, and can't talk like a decent human being, don't workin hospitality. Easy.

The products are good as always, but I’m complaining about the service. No one pretends that the workers have to speak English, but since that you don’t, at least be nice with the customer and don’t laugh at him/her.

Ethiopian iced caramel-ginger latte!! Oh my all time forever favourite! An the champage-peppercorn pear lemonade! God I could just sit and enjoy it nonstop, all day. Fab choice of all sorts of coffee recipes, from all around the world, with original authentic preparation process, and nice staff. As it's a chain of coffee shops available all around the country, make sure you try one at least!!!

I often stop by here for a coffee or to meet colleagues. I like their java. I dislike the uniform look, all Frei Cafés look almost identical, maybe they should be a bit more creative...
