Bidrage med feedbackDuring my travels in various cities in Uzbekistan, I had the opportunity to visit many hotels and restaurants. One of the establishments that I was not particularly impressed with was the Asia Tashkent restaurant, which is located in the hotel of the same name. The breakfast options were quite limited, with a choice of coffee or tea, cold milk, hot water, cold water, cherry juice, peach juice, crêpes, lemon biscuits, raisin bread rolls, buns with bitter orange jam, and molded bread. For hot dishes, there were frankfurter sausages, boiled eggs, cereals, Uzbek yogurts with fruit, peanuts, jam, and butter available. The set menu for lunch and dinner was not to my liking as there was no flexibility if you did not enjoy a particular dish. The meals consisted of salads, soups, vegetables, meat dishes such as veal stew with carrots and calf stew with cheese and mushrooms. The dessert options were limited and varied between lemon biscuits and pudding.
During my visit to various cities in Uzbekistan, I stayed at several hotels and restaurants. Unfortunately, one of the least impressive dining experiences was at the Asia Tashkent restaurant, located in the hotel of the same name. The breakfast options were quite limited, with just coffee or tea, cold milk, hot water, cold water, juice, cereals, Uzbek yogurts, peanut skins, jam, and butter. The lunches and dinners were disappointing as well, as the menu was fixed and lacked variety. The salads were served in bowls, the soups always contained meat and vegetables, and the main courses usually featured well-prepared meat dishes. Desserts were lacking, with only lemon biscuits or pastries on offer. Overall, the meals at Asia Tashkent left much to be desired.
