Rastland - Tarrenz

Very nice place especially for families with small children! large play area inside with carpet to crawl, playground outdoor and small zoo in front of the door.

A super start in the day. the gridland is excellently equipped. bar, restaurant with indoor and outdoor area and a small load. here's all super clean.

In case you go from Germany or other Northern European Countries to Italy and you take the route over the Fernpass then stop here. Very clean self-service Restaurant with a good selection of food, shop for everything you need on the road, big brand new...outdoor playground, and nice indoor playground for your kids. We stopped here twice to get food and to give our daughter some playing time after long hours in the car. If you come from Germany, don't stop on top of the Fernpass or only for some pictures, go down to the Austrian side and enjoy the time at the Rastland Nassereith.

Every 2 years we drive from Greece to the UK and return later. Rastland is well located, for petrol, food and toilets. There is an excellent self service restaurant with a good choice of food. It is very clean, and a reasonable price. The toilets...are also exceptionally clean visit the toilet first and use the entrance ticket for a discount in the restaurant. Also on site is a nice gift shop. At the petrol station purchase your Vignette for driving on the Austria motorways. Overall this is a very high standard for services on a busy road

Essen sollte an der Kasse bezahlt werden - hierbei Einlösung von Wertbons. Stück 10 wurden abgegeben - da aber nur 6 angenommen werden, wurde uns 1 Wertbon zurückgegeben. Auf die Frage warum, "sie haben mir ja auch nur 7 Wertbons gegeben." Lüge! Wir fühlen uns in diesem Rastland betrogen. Es ist überhaupt kein großer Betrag, aber hier geht es um Vertrauen und ums Prinzip. Jährlich fuhren wir diese Raststelle mehrfach an, jetzt aber nicht mehr. Es gibt auf der Strecke andere, schöne Raststellen. Essen war nebenbei bemerkt auch nicht großartig und es reicht auch nicht, dieses weiter zu empfehlen.
