Dunkin' - Tarpon Springs

Line was backed up didn 't want to stick out in the road so went inside. Unfortunately the manager (assuming she is because she 's always yelling at employees and not wearing a dunkin uniform) was working so the comments started. People in line got to listen to I guess they came inside because they thought it would be faster. We can choose to go in if we want, it 's not your personal establishment. Wouldn 't have left a review but it 's not the first time with this woman, she 's complained multiple times about having to reach 'too far ' to hand orders out. We 'll start going again every week for employees once she 's gone.

I’ve had three bad experiences with drink orders. Twice I received a hot matcha latte that had spoiled milk. And once I received a hot coffee latte when I ordered a hot matcha latte. I understand that things get hectic when it’s busy, but carelessness should not be a repeat characteristic of a company this size. Slow down, even if people are in a rush, and make sure the drinks are correct and the ingredients used are properly utilized. Many people would prefer to go to dunkin over starbucks, but problems like drink orders made incorrectly are what frustrate loyal customers.

Stupid. I see this mistake being made at many fast food establishments. If you make HOT COFFEE use regular sugar. If you make ICED COFFEE use LIQUID SUGAR. I 'm so sick of eating iced coffee that has grains of sugar. Teach em better dunkin! Not to mention, the coffee today had no flavor even though i asked for a medium frenchvanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar . blonde white girl took the order.

Its my ex wife who loves Dunks and we drive by Dunkin everyday after we go to the clinic sometimes I get chocolate milk but she always gets large French vanilla iced coffee 7 this 7 that 7 over here 7 over there etc.... LMFAO you know what I'm saying you Dunkin
