L 'aratro Di Domenico Laera - TARANTO

Unbelievable meal at L'Aratro! All the dishes we had were exquisite. We've tried the finest food since our visit to Puglia. Simple supplements like salad and grilled vegetables all made perfect they were not just a litter addition. Great service included and the cook came during the meal to check that everyone enjoys the food, which was a great note. Local art work on the walls and traditional but clean venue. Would recommend to anyone visiting the region to come here!

Great restaurant in the historic centre of Alberobello. The owner is generally always there and is a very sweet man. The service is great. Now for the food, which was excellent. We had: 1. The Antipasto (the house special minimum 2 persons) this is highly recommended. My photos do not show most antipasto, but it is many small plates and everyone was absolutely brilliant. 2. The Capocollo di Martina Franca (a city next to Alberobello), which was excellent. 3. The Orechiette (a traditional dish from the region). While I did not dine gluten-free, the other member of the party did. She had gluten-free orchid and was provided with gluten-free bread and taralli! I would definitely recommend this place.

We came to my husband's birthday. The food was great. I would recommend the full L’arantro starter (you have 8-10 small plates. My husband and I shared 1 portion and we are half full of the starters alone) and the mixed grill (the quality of the meat was definitely the best for the whole trip we were in Puglia). Great lush meal for two with drinks costs us only under 80 €. For this price, we can't get anything from this caliber at home.

An absolute surprise is found on a very hot day in Alberobello. Would recommend the antipasti for two. The variety and volume of tantalizing mortals was excellent and serious enough for lunch. We had already ordered the Salsicce/Sausages, so we also found room to conceal them. The host and the staff were very helpful and were more than happy to speak English as we practiced our Italian! Very recommended.

Amazing. The antipasto dish €24) comes with about 10, small amuse-bouche style dishes. Very rich in flavor and surprisingly filling. Got the classic menu an additional pasta dish to share with one other person. Staff was friendly and prideful in their food and service
