I was so excited about Thanksgiving dinner with Lamberts. Due to the NM-Covide restrictions, we had to place an order for the Thanksgiving dinner of our family. I talked to the manager over a period of 2 months. As soon as she opens Thanksgiving dinner I make reservation as a slot. I order over the phone for 8 people meals well over $350 in food. receive my pickup time and order number. Day of my husband and left our family at home to pick up the order. At 6 p.m. our ordering time slot delights and great lace in the hand because they work on Thanksgiving. Called and told me that my order had been canceled a few days before.... I had no explanation. I have no reason for what happened. waiting for a refund. I was so upset. We ate to the left. I have no idea how the food is, but the order for a special occasion go somewhere else to be sure.
