Guadalajara Grill - Taos

Must always stay at the Guad when I'm home. I'm going to the Tostada plate, although I was recently cracked by the Mazatlan Shrine. The Fajitas are also amazing. Either the location will be wonderful. The staff is fabulous and usually very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dip or run through, don't forget Dessert! I suggest fried ice, but I would get a second person to finish it.

What an experience this was! First the portions are large! The quality is wonderful, and the atmosphere is a unique mash-up of fastfood and sit-down restaurant. The staff were friendly and handled a large group arriving suddenly very well. Their bathroom was clean and nice.

Our food was very good some of the best meat I've had in a long time. They seated appropriately for covid and you did have to stand and place your order and they delivered it to your table. They have outdoor seating. The only thing or reason I did not give it a five-star is because there's a situation and with the ladies restroom that they need to handle. Otherwise by all means check this place out very good food.

There’s nothing quite like delicious food served in generous portions. The staff was friendly as well. Overall, we were very happy that we decided to stop by for lunch.

Oh my gosh, we always make it a point to come here whenever we visit. I recently started a weight management program, so I was worried about indulging, but I was pleasantly surprised by the seafood options on the menu! I ordered the shrimp tacos a la carte, and the shrimp was incredibly tender—absolutely fabulous. We usually opt for the Carne Asada Tacos, but these were just as delicious as I had imagined.
