Number One - Tangier

One of the last original places of Tanger's infamous flowering period. Owner Karim will share stories of 1981 when he opened the bar that remained a consistent oasis of cool despite the rest of the city various remakes.

Wonderful restaurant! The owner is so friendly and nice to the customers! It is a quiet and cozy place with a good taste of music (Jazz, Blues, a little rock) I enjoy the amazing puzzles suspended everywhere (door, ceiling, walls).

We were looking for a beautiful place for a meal and a glass or 2 wine. Several 'Pubs' on Google cards nearby were closed and Number One did not see very welcoming. A call from (the owner? above said, "You will be back soon." Another close one, so we dived. The bar had a nice ambience and the host was polite, friendly and funny. The beer and wine was excellent. Eating unforgettable, beautiful lamb chops and steak with mushrooms. The service could not be failed.

So a cozy and beautiful place, quiet and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I recommend checking it.

The owner of this place ia such a nice guy! Amazing drinks reasonable Prices. Tapas are not Bad. however the armosphere is crazy good met a lot of expats we had nice conversationa made goos friends!
