Schloss Tangermunde

Tangermuende is an old town on the western shore of the elbes. the city center has well preserved building as the castle. Today a part of it is used as hotel, and we decided to eat here at lunchtime. the outside terrace offers an impressive view of the surroundings and the river elbe. we had a very good lunch at a reasonable price, and the service was excellent.

Room in the main castle (built was amazing. that was fantastic that I had a little bit bent on the writing, so I had a medieval tower that had a window like I worked, and in contrast to most German small hotels they have a lift. The stall could not have been more beautiful or more attentive.

The garden restaurant concluded tangermünde was our choice for the time of our stay. the food was good and cheap, service attentive, and the very best.

Dinner and breakfast equally good. Fine views of the Elbe River.

The hotel was wonderfully located to walk this historic city. our room was spacious as the bathroom. it looked at the charming courtyard with views of the tower', st. stephen's church and castle gate. a beautiful terrace with views of the connection of the two rivers tanger and elbe. the restaurant was excellent as the wein and the staff extremely helpful. I recommend a visit here.
