Vale Food Co. - Tampa

Seen this place online and wanted to check it out. I order from Vale Food on 7/12 and order a build your own bowl and their green smoothie. Once I receive my food. They gave me a L green tea instead of my smoothie I order which was $11. I didn’t get that they told the uber person that they ran out of the green smoothie. Once I got my food. I looked in the bag and seen a piece of hair in the bag. I looked through my food I seen a black hair inside of my cauliflower and that got me more upset because they gave me something that I didn’t ask for and this definitely crossed a food safety line. I spent $24 dollars on something I didn’t even eat. I tried calling the store and it’s a number that is incorrect. I’m never ordering from this place again. Horrible experience

I had to quit because I was S.HI was S.H by the manager Phil and employee WalterNothing was done, corporate and the owner got involved, they promised me a list of things, 1 month later, nothing has happened and they simply do not care.THE FOOD ISNT FRESH DONT EAT HERE

Went there the other day, and the place was ok, but the staff was appalling. There was one worker, I believe his name was walter, he was extremely off-putting and didn’t seem to know anything about customer service. The food gave me an allergic reaction (Walter should have asked honestly) and the whole experience was negative. Will not be returning!

Found hair in my acai bowl YUCK, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. Foods bland and over priced you might as well go to Jamba Juice.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not only is the food disgusting but I've heard some very displeasing things about the managers in charge and how they treat their workers. I've heard this happen time and time again where the managers have acted inappropriately towards their workers and not only that but absolutely nothing is being done about it by corporate AND the owner. How many people does this have to happen to for something to change? Do yourself a favor, Do NOT eat here.
