Twistee Treat Fletcher - Tampa

Ordered a peanut butter milkshake with marshmallow. Not really sure what I got, vanilla with some sort of candy in it? Also, it was more melted than my girlfriend?s, almost like I got an extra shake from a previous order. Still tasted fine (it?s ice cream). Next time if the cashier says ?here?s this one?, I?ll ask what it is.

Kat!!!! I come here just to say hi (and of course to get the best ice cream around! Kat is the absolute best at customer service!! She is the friendliest, kindest, sweetest person EVER ? not just at Twistee Treat. I love coming here knowing that she'll be there to greet me. And the ice cream is super creamy and delicious, so that helps. But Kat is the main reason I come!!????????

I come from Ireland and I'm nearing the end of my visit in Tampa. It's raining and pouring today and these amazing employees came out of the safety of their cone to give me my medium sized Twirl. It brought a tear to my eye. The customer service and taste of the ice cream is exemplary.

Have been here before and the experience was pretty good, but this time my wife and I visit. I got a twirl and she got a cone. The worker handled me a cup and tells me to enjoy. I pull out of the drive through and find out that the cup is busted and ice cream gets all over the car. To make things worse, there are hard pieces of plastic in the ice cream that didn?t come from the cup.

Love taking the kids here and spending time eating ice cream at the tables. They always have great customer service, Kat was especially helpful when my son dropped his ice cream! She helped us clean it up and was so kind to him while he was a bit embarrassed.
