The Rez Grill – Seminole Hard Rock Casino Tampa

Food was very good. Just not a place I would frequent as we’re not big gamblers. Bone-in delish, as was red snapper with crawfish. Very sweet waitress, Dimbal!

Excellent meal, our server, Shane, was friendly and attentive. This was an excellent dining experience.

We had high expectations based on our experience at other restaurants at the Hard Rock. This was just okay. My husband's steak was undercooked twice. Even if it had been prepared correctly, the quality just wasn't there.

Whereas our server was very attentive, food quality was not up to par specially so it was . Caesar Salad tasted like a chef salad, breading for grouper appetizer and shrimp po boy was so doughy. My husband had primerib which he did not care for as well and we ended up bringing home a good portion of it which i seasoned and repurposed the next day.

The food seemed overpriced. Quantity seemed to be the theme. Both entrees were considerably more food than could be comfortably ate. The chicken was greasy, the ribs ordinary.
