Taco Bell - Tampa

This deserves less than a star, because for someone who always buys from this place, I was treated with the most careless by the manager himself. I am such a faithful figure that she even recognized me and still had the boldness to raise her voice on me and to scream and shout at me before the employees and all around us. she cut me and humiliated me to order too many things. I have never seen a worse customer service, and I refuse to ever walk near the load. I would really appreciate to get in touch with her superior to explain the situation, because this "manager " they have assigned has no business in the service industry and its image honestly hurts. the incident happened on 9th February 2021 at 12:40 a.m. and it is a reminder that I will never forget.

I had come to this place on the 2nd january at 12:11 clock and had put a huge order and I also had the person I had talked to a manager on the 18th of December that she had forgotten my 3 tacos, and he told me to come back at any time and let them know that someone would take care of her...so we told the person that she had none of my information at all and would not honor it. I told her to give me the manager who had them as the general manager and would not give me my order or honor my missing tacos that she did n0t have to . I mean what kind of service is that I mean seriously over 3 tacos. this is the type of customs service taco bell offers for this day and time. and where is the general manager who was the erude and disrespectful and who has made this type of me available to me? so disappointing they come to taco bell really and know that it was the general manager wow.

Eating is standard takkoglock quality. Cause why I'm a 3 out of 5 because they are fast making food and giving it customers. but in the normal they screw up the order by missing 1 or 2 dings if they order large. I'm a family man, and I don't appreciate having to delay my family or go back to the load to get what I ordered. other than this, really nice drive thru teamworkers

Worse taco bell in the city they have always forgotten in the stake taco or other items this load should be for well closed or get a new manager who cares and be in the load review of the staff to ensure that food it is made right so that customers like I do not write bad reviews

Always busy. Nothing you can do to speed up slow employees I guess. It took 15 minutes in drive thru for two peoples order. That's all it was. Food was perfect
