Steak N Shake - Tampa

Frisco melt was good as always, fries were terrible but they arent typically. Paid for but didnt receive ranch.

All of the food came super cold. The dasher was waiting for the food for over 20 mins and it wasnt even hot upon arrival and he came fairly quickly so it wasnt the dashers fault. The milkshake was also horrible it had a terrible after taste I wouldnt waste your money ordering from here.

This used to be a good place to order food but i guess not anymore. missing fries second time in a row. drink fell over and leaked out. driver waited forever and the food was cold. burgers buns were burned and they just put them on anyway. paid $28 for a single cold somewhat edible cheeseburger, everything else was ruined or missing. i hate leaving a review like this

Literally did not come with half the things on the burger it should have. Half orders of fries. Once of my favorite quick burger places but save the couple dollars and just eat it there.

The staff was great, eating was wonderful. the manager was very nice and helpful.
