Bidrage med feedbackI am so disappointed with Red lobster. The fish and chips looks nothing like the ad. You get a whole lot of batter and very , very little fish. The clam chowder was a joke all liquid no clams maybe 3 pieces of potatoe. I wonder if this is what we would get if we were eating at the restaurant, or is it because the food was for delivery? Quality not good. Will not order anymore.
Never again, no flavor super bland and dry, over cooked, the lobster mash potatoes had 3 little chunks of lobster, like damm smh.
Service was great. Natasha really took care of us and was very organized???? Eating on the other side, not so good. I was expecting this from MOST Red Lobsters?????? Flounder looked like Tilapia? I'd do that again?
I love this place! There was a beautiful young lady who was very pregnant, served several table for lack of staff. We gave her an important tip! The food is delicious. It is a great place to celebrate special occasions.
UPDATE DIESES REVIEW: (I complained, so I only felt fair to post to say good things). The new manager, Elizabeth followed my complaint. She was so nice and great! What I loved most is that she took care of my complaint. I didn't feel dismissed or complained like another customer. She really took possession, and I loved it! It's not always about getting something free or getting a gift card. There are times when it really cares for someone what you have to say as a customer, apologize (and meaning it) and really want to improve the service for the customer. And I felt all this about Elizabeth. She offered a $50 gift card, and I can't wait until we give this location another attempt really soon under their new management, in which I will definitely update my review. My family and I crashed. It was terrible. Let's talk about the portion sizes first. If we pay the same money as the food, why are our portions smaller? Now go to dinner. The chips for the artichoke dimmer were stale, the dive itself was as thick as soup that solidified in a can in the store. The brussel sprouts were hard and BURNT, yes, burned! My child's laughter was pretty gumsy. Well, I ordered him a side of broccoli because he had only a few stems with his meal, smh. More of our food went into the garbage than in our stomach. It was just a terrible experience and I was very disappointed. I published a picture of hard, burned brussel sprouts These restaurants fail badly with their service and food quality, but they 're shop the same or even higher prices in these times. I'm ready to stop eating out and just cook at home what we do most of the time, but try to treat ourselves with the food now again, but its so disappointing here. It is also not good to reach management or even companies today for these locations, because even they are passive and non-chalant. They are simply happy to let people work, regardless of the type of service customers get. I bypassed a Red Lobster right from me and thought it was better because of the area of this place, boy I was stupid. Won't be patronage of this situation more secure. Very disappointed
