Mcdonald's - Tampa

I have been coming to this restaurant for a year now and the customer service is excellent. They are very efficient in preparing the food quickly. I appreciate the attentiveness of the General Manager who is polite and caring towards both customers and employees. I enjoy going to this McDonald's every morning for my medium Caramel Macchiato hot drink.

Pulled to the drive thru said hello three times no answer. When I move into the window, I get a very rude employee who was complaining that I didn't give her time to talk through the machine. Make sure no cars in the car drive thru! This gives me a sloppy order because the workers were salty. The Pommes have less salt than the workers.. Goodbye.

Just rude!!!Always get my order wrong night shift is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. They are always out of whatever it is I want to order. Management has no control over employees and I know this because I have emailed and complained to corporate and managers several times. I mean if people dont want to do their jobs there's plenty of unemployed ppl in this pandemic that will. Their response was offering me a free sundae coupon and I still receive horrible service everytime I go here not once in awhile everytime. The food is always old or not cooked properly. Its ashame because it is my local McDonalds. Your better off going to the 7 11 across the street. If you notice the only ppl giving good reviews on here are ppl getting paid to give reviews. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. McDonalds doesnt care about the customer anymore just the bottom line.

Today at 2:00 a.m., I was picked up for a food delivery through DoorDash and taken to a restaurant. When I arrived, I was asked for my order and I mentioned DoorDash to make it clear why I was there. However, one of the employees at the window laughed and mocked me for being a DoorDash driver. I found this behavior to be unnecessary and unprofessional. It is not funny to mock and criticize delivery drivers just doing their job.

I'm not very happy with this place. I live right around the corner service was excellent today they were very polite and fast, but they gave me a cheeseburger who had a completely burned ground and that never happened to me at any McDonalds.
