Bidrage med feedbackI visited this place three times, and although it's the next, I might not come back to him. The first time I left, no problems. For the second time, my points were not scanned to my account, and the cash in the drive was never a word all the time I thought was strange. For the third time I got the wrong drink in the drive thru I ordered an icy cappuccino and got someone's mobile order ice vanilla coffee. I parked and went in to ask for the right drink, and was addressed by a woman who said well, I'm not over there, so I don't know what's going on and woke me while I spoke. I love Dunkin and know they can be busy, but this place does not seem to have the best customer service!
I usually sit in the dining area to study something, but I can't visit this place on Kennedy Blvd anymore. Every time I'm here, I hear no less than 20 vulgar/cus words. This is not only a company and employee should behave professionally at any time while in the premises, but this should also be a child-friendly environment. Nothing about this situation makes me want to bring my kids to their favorite mommy donuts with pretty sprinkles.
Service was fast, easy and friendly. I always get their breakfast sandwiches and it's always super delicious.
This dunkin? had a long line around 9:45 this morning, but it moved quickly. I like the structure above the drive-thru. My two complaints are asked for an ice cream bar and instead got an ice cream coffee, and the sausage and cheese packs were thrown into our bag so that they could keep messy and eat.
Great breakfast. Fast friendly service and usb wall chargers for my phone. Thank you.
