Thank you for the birthday movie tickets. 5 of my family members, both in state and out of the State of Florida, also attended the theater . We watched Aquaman. The food and drinks were good.

Thank you for listening to my bad experience back when the Indiana Jones Movie was playing. Back then the movie theater was dirty and smelled so bad after leaving there me and my family got sick. But today I was pleasantly surprised because the carpet was removed the place smelled very good and we had great service. Thank you so much for taking care of your customers. Keep it up!.

We went to see Ferrari at the Hyde Park Location. First off as soon as we sat down the seats were incredibly uncomfortable! You fall back so far it is ridiculous! Eating from this position is almost impossible. The food was very good however they say you need to arrive 30 minutes before the show to be able to order. A large group came in At 6:05 which was 5 minutes passed the movie time and were allowed to order....Therefore while the movie was playing the servers were delivering food and the lights were not dimmed for the movie. How rude that this went into at least 5 minutes of the movie. We have been here many many times and this has never happened. If you are going to state rules then enforce them since everyone else in the theater was there early so they could order dinner. Remember this is not a cheap night out. Automatic gratuities of 19% are added to your check which is fine except when you are inconvenienced because they allow people who were not on time to order. When we asked for the lights to be dimmed they said rudely in about 5 minutes. I am guessing that was so the servers could see to serve this large group. Very Unfortunate!

A great movie theater venue. The entire staff was phenomenal courteous polite and professional. Best part...No Kids!!! Love this so much. More venues should cater strictly to adults 21 and over. Bravo CineBistro

Sarasota cinebistro is so much better, but this one is a prime location and always great here usually. Have had a few issues but management does not play around you will be taken care of had a bad experience my last visit and they completely took care of me. I had reserved my seats online a few days before and people walked in and sat in my seats when they paid for tickets at the bottom. Great food here for a movie theater I come here for the popcorn chicken or shrimp and the STRAWBERRY lemon drop !! My only complaint is that the seats need to be updated or get the recliners like in Sarasota please
