I had the best experience at Burger King for the first time! The burger I received looked exactly like the picture and was absolutely delicious. It was made at STORE 99 by Eddie, and I couldn't be happier with my meal.
Best overall experience I've ever met. I know his fast food, so I don't expect amazing things, but I have to say who did my Whopper deserves an increase and recognition for a well done job. They went beyond and beyond. My sandwich looked like a picture you see on ads. The salad was cold and also the tomatoes. The vegetables were on top quality. Not confused. The tomatoes were juicy. And the amount of ingredients was what you wanted. The burger meat itself was hot and tasteful. I asked for additional mayonnaise and ketchup and it was just applied properly. Not overboard or sloppy. I asked for half a cut, and the request was met. I had no sandwich from BK so well since I worked there and made myself in '83 to '86. It is sad that fast food as a whole has been weakened and disappointed for so many years. The food is usually sloppy, the salad and other products are spoiled, and either over ripe and immature. Customer service is best mediocre and usually a drop. I must praise this special BK, because when I go there, the staff was always amazing, pleasant and feel like an estimated customer. And in these times it's hard to come. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
The food is pretty good here. Nothing really special. The service however, is very good. The cashiers are personable. My 1 negative is the 2 TVs are both on silent and don't have closed captioning. What's the point of watching TV with no way to know what's going on with the audio? I am always fond of restaurants that focus on their communities. At this location the decor is mostly focused around Tampa, Florida. It's both informative and interesting to compare the vintage black and white photos to today.
This burger beats McDonald's. What else can I say?
