Terrible meal pizza had only half of the filling and was badly burnt. We didn't need to complain as a member of staff spotted the problem and arranged a suitable credit. Great customer service.

Absolutely shocking from start to finish! Went for special occasion and non of the staff knew what offers they had, got it but felt uncomfortable as had to argue the toss. Customer service doesn’t exist and management is even worse. No air con/fans in 28 degree heat so we were all far too hot, therefore didn’t enjoy meal and couldn’t wait to leave. Safe to say we won’t be returning which is a shame as we used to go quite a lot.

Well I've eaten at other francie and bunny's and everything has been OK but this particular restuarant was poor to put it midly . I was in the restuarant and at the time I was there there was 3 staff serving and only 4 or 5 groups of people none larger than 4 the service was slow my server was a gentleman who was rude and argumentative to say the least he struggled to understand what I was pointing out to him .I had ordered cajun chicken wrap with no mayonnaise as described on menu so as I see it and everywhere else I have eaten the chicken is cooked in spices not here apparently its plain chicken and the cajun part is mayonnaise I questioned this and the server was aggressive in his manner I tried to explain cajun chicken should have spices on it now on the menu it says cajun chicken and cajun mayonnaise again I tried to explain it should explain on menu if it's only the mayonnaise is cajun again he was rude it also took him 15 minutes to bring my drink when the restuarant was very quite .I will not be rushing back to this restuarant again .

If you’re thinking about ordering a desert. Don’t order Puddos. I ordered the Biscoff waffle and it was complete opposite from what it is! It came with bananas which looked like it was just thrown on, the chocolate sauce absolutely smothered to the point it was all over the box. And don’t forget the waffle being Stone cold! My partner is allergic to bananas and when I called up to complain apparently it comes with banana. But my argument is, that there is no full description of what is on the waffle but as you expect the BISCOFF waffle with a picture of Biscoff sauce and biscuits the waffle wouldn’t have banana on it? Spoke to the “manager” and she wasn’t even sorry about the allergens more apologetic about the quality, and got told to just complain to Deliveroo. Paid £35 for what? No drinks, food can’t eat, ice cream melted to the max. Awful awful awful. Stay away, awful food, awful service skills

Poor cooked food. Squid starter was greasy and half were scraps of squid. Chicken wings were ok Chicken Burger greasy and over cooked. Meatball pizza unappetising. 6 hours later still feel sickly
