The food was great...the customer service wasn't the normal high standards chick fil a normally keeps. Also people kept cutting into the line from the sonic side which made a 40 min wait closer to an hour. If I could have gotten out of line I would have but a was trapped with 2 very hungry kiddos in the back. It was the dinner rush on a Thursday so I'd definitely take that into account.
Ordered through door dash.. damn near ate all my sandwich to turn it over and find a roach fried into my sandwich. After vomiting for 20 minutes, i went to the location and the manager treated it as if it was ?the norm? she quietly apologized and handed me $20. She then proceeded to fill orders. IM DISGUSTED. I?m more upset because now i have to end my love for Chick fil a!
I love her breakfast. Always fresh and delicious. Chicken biscuits, Hash Browns. They also have a bacon and cheese in English muffin or sausage and cheese. Her chicken bowls are also great.
First Joshua went beyond and beyond. (7/12/22) He has constantly checked us and asked us if we need refills to take our garbage. We were a party of two mothers and 4 young children together, as you can imagine that this is hard enough. Joshua made our experience eating very pleasant. However, the manager (Hispanian man unknown name) has not even checked for us. He didn't ask if we needed something and the only time he talked to us was to ask if we couldn't let our children stand at the table. We wanted to keep our children under control, but children are children. This manager did nothing to help his employees get orders. All I observed was that he was standing on the order screen, and then he spent his time in a stand near the restroom scrolling instagram on his phone. After our dinner we ordered ice cream that took too long to get out. Here Joshua comes again helpful to get the cooking staff to get the order out. Then when the ice finally comes, we get a milkshake and two cups of ice water. We didn't order two cups of ice water. So Joshua is leaning us back and getting us the right order. A child even fell her cup and Joshua was there to save the day with a replacement. Joshua should be the manager when he ran the whole show today. Thank you to Joshua for the great customer service and zero thanks to a manager who was rude, far and not helpful to customers or support his team.
