Subway - Tallmadge

One thing I like about Subway is that they are consistent. I always know what I'm going to get when I walk in. This store was no exception. The staff was prompt and friendly. The sandwich was exactly what I expected it to be. The store was clean. The soda fountain was clean and in proper order. The shelves were stocked. Exactly what a customer is looking for at lunch time :

The gentleman working today was an absolute delight and breath of fresh air. I hope he is recognized for his work.

I would have gave five stars across the board however this particular Subway weighs the meat. Question the meat is sliced on the smallest setting but yet it is weighed. Why??? The meat is so thin again why??? Very stingy! Not worth going to this location. I have gone to several locations unfortunately this is the worst location. The coupons that are sent out go to another location to reap the benefits.

Manager was fast and friendly. She knew the customers names and their orders. Store was clean.

Just tried to buy food and the credit card machine would only work if you left a tip. I had the employees try it 10 times and it would not work. Then they were rude and said if I had a problem with it, I needed to call the credit machine number because it wasn't their problem. They refused to give me the food unless I left a tip or found cash.
