They spoke English and knew what options were gf. Had a delicious meat salad and chicken legs.

I feel like everything I have to say about this place already mentioned in the other reviews, but WOW! This must be one of the coolest restaurants in Europe, everything is so authentic, including the music, the language of the staff and their uniforms, all to the menu that is eaten in accordance with what was set in the time the restaurant was set. The food was great, the cinnamon beer was delicious and the evening was perfect!

The ambience and service were good. We just tried drinks. I liked the spicy wine that was basically a cold version of mulled wine. Honey beer was okay. It's worth drinking here.
