Hr. Mauruse Pub - Tallinn

We found this pub through other reviews after getting fed up with paying premium drink prices in the city centre. It’s just on the outer ring of the centre and once inside the staff were friendly with comfy seating and the atmosphere being cozy. There was a deal on the drinks being 3 for €9 I think. They also do a shot in the style of the Estonian flag.

Hi place is tucked out of the way but still only a short walk from the old town square. It is cosy warm and friendly place with a good range of beers and food. Very reasonable priced compared to places on the main square.

If you are visiting Tallinn, come here. The Old Town bars charge a fortune, but 5 minutes walk away and you’ll find Mauruse Pubi. Lovely decor, an outside seating area, snacks/meals at realistic prices and the staff are brilliant. Highly recommended

Friendly service and great food at a good price. The atmosphere was lively but not noisy so conversation was easy -highly recommended.

This is such a great pub. Slightly tucked away from the street, it’s really cosy and friendly inside. A great range of local beers, a good varied menu, and nicely priced. Good burgers, lots of local dishes, and big portions. Quietly relaxed and welcoming kids, it was our favourite place to eat in Tallinn.
