When we were seated, I couldn't help but notice that we were the only two black patrons in the restaurant. After waiting for 10 minutes without being acknowledged, a white family was seated behind us and immediately greeted by the staff. When we brought this to the manager's attention, he did not apologize and simply said he would find us a server. Feeling uncomfortable with the situation, we decided to leave. This experience highlighted the issue of inequality and stereotypes that still exist in society. Just because we are black does not mean we should be treated differently. It is important for all restaurants to ensure that they treat all customers with respect and do not base their service on prejudiced assumptions.

Went for an early Sunday dinner at about 5:10. Greeter said there were 15 minutes. Several people are waiting for us. Waitress was pleasant. Have and bring our drinks and flatware into one sleeve, but no napkins or paper towels. Food delivered to our table quite quickly, but no paper towel reel. Again asked and finally delivered when we were almost finished. The food was good, but this place was strong among staff.

I'm so disappointed with my experience. I usually command the execution and they are always compatible with great service and food. But last weekend, my staff and I decided to dip for dinner. Might I mention that we both work for a 4-star local steak house in the area with more than 15 years of foh restaurant experience. When the host sat down, I noticed that we were the only two blacks. After 10 minutes we have not been welcomed yet. They sat behind us a family that was white, and they were immediately greeted. When we told the manager, he didn't apologize. He said he'd get us a server. After a few minutes we decided that we would just go. This means inequality over max. Just because we're black doesn't mean we don't tap. Make sure you have stereotypes.

The food was delicious! I had the Cuban man who had the brisket of grilled cheese. We had fried pickles as an appetizer... Sooo good! Reason for the 3 stars: Service was dizzy! We were served by the hostess... she was great, and super busy and shouldn't have waited for us. Our waiter brought us our food and that was the last and only time we saw him. We got no refills and we waited for 20 minutes for our check. Next time we'll probably just order.
