I love coming here for my coffee, which they always let me replace with oats or almond milk. But today I got my friend a little hot chocolate with my coffee and the hot chocolate was hardly halfway filled. I'll get my coffee here, the monkey is very nice. Just check your order before you drive away like me?

On my way to take my 2 year old to daycare when she said she needed to go to potty. So I whip into the store to let her go potty. I said if you go potty on the toilet I'll buy you a donut. We get inside and the bathrooms are closed! Not only that, the dining room was closed also DESPITE the Governor lifting restrictions on restaurants. I'll never support this store again for closing their restrooms to a little girl in need.

Everyone needs to know how to make crazy cappuccino. I am a daily customer here and for me to give this review, you must be so terrible!

I ordered 2 bacon wake up wraps thru the mobile app. I was given a tortilla and eggs. No cheese or bacon. So dry, and I was too far away to get a refund. E: called the store and updating my review, because they gave me two freshly made wraps for free the next day. They asked me if there was anything else they could do for me and that was already more than enough. Went back again today (6/1/2020) and got my usual order. Drive thru line was really backed up when I got there, and it was probably my fastest visit... with my order completely accurate. Way to go y?all!

There is a black female that works very unprofessional. RUDE to their employees and customers. Don't greet or thank you! All the others were very friendly.
