Cracker Barrel - Tallahassee

The restaurant was clean and had excellent customer service. The food arrived quickly and was served hot. The chicken and dumplings were good overall, although some of the dumplings were too thick and undercooked. The fried apples were delicious. However, the new Squash Casserole tasted burned and was returned. The green beans were great and the Chef's Salad was very fresh. The homemade Ranch Dressing was tasty. The biscuits and cornbread were freshly baked.

I visited the restaurant about 30 minutes before closing and was able to get a seat without any issues. The staff was friendly and the food was good. However, it was a bit strange that they started cleaning up and closing down before all the customers had left. Another unusual thing was that the layout of the shops was reversed, with the food business on the right side and the shop on the left. I was told this was due to the memory number 44.

This restaurant is always a great place to visit for fresh food and a good time. Unfortunately, they are currently understaffed due to COVID, so be prepared to wait a little longer and be flexible with your order choices. The menu options may be limited, and if you prefer your food to be hot, make sure to inform your server in advance. While our dishes were tasty, they could have been warmer. Despite this, we are excited to return to this restaurant soon.

It was pretty good, I loved the apples with sauce, and pancake was a really good experience that had a certain taste, definitely I will return

The service is typically great and usually no wait. The food is just like any cracker Barrel and that's good. I tried the pot pie this go around it was nice and hot very tasty. Salt to taste too. I willbe returning.
