Blaze Pizza - Tallahassee

Surprisingly celiac friendly! I came in at lunch and ordered a 11? pizza with the gluten-free crust. The gentleman behind the counter asked if it was an allergy or preference. Once I identified that it was an allergy, the manager on duty took over, making it herself, answering all of my questions. She even made a point of using fresh utensils for the sauces and ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. Everyone was super friendly, attentive, and helpful. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. And the pizza was fantastic! Everything I wanted! I can?t recommend them highly enough, and I will definitely be coming back soon! Two thumbs way up, and five stars!

I was absolutely ecstatic to find out that Blaze had vegan options here. I had the pleasure of trying out the half pizza with the cheesy bread combo called the ?Take Two ? . The toppings i put on the pizza was vegan cheese, red sauce, vegan, chorizo, onions, and as a finishing was bbq sauce. This pizza was truly chefs kiss and had to be one of the best slices of pizza I?ve ever had from blaze. The cheesy bread, just had the vegan cheese on top with a little oregano and other herbs , I believe and was given a side of marinara. Unfortunately I feel as though the cheesy bread was rushed in terms of cooking and the cheese didn?t get to really brown as much as I would?ve liked but regardless it was still good and I loved my meal. You guys should definitely try this out and try out the vegan cheese and vegan chorizo. Sooo Worth it !

From blaze to second time today and it was absolutely delicious! I got the flower coal for the first time, and I wasn't fan at all, so I'm glad we came back to give it another try. because the regular teig was so much better! the pizzas were much bigger than I expected and came full of fresher estates. everything was cooked really fast, right in the many of us. what I thought was really neat. they can customize and build their pizzas and they have a tonne of different topping to choose from all designed. everything is fresh there. I love it! We will definitely stop from blaze more often.

Blaze pizza is fire! fairer price for the part. pizza is quite thin crust, there is a beautiful tie, but there is a little less than to fill if I really am hungry. generally good price for the part though! recommend to build your own!

They have any type of crust they could want here, including gluten-free and keto! many options, good salads. I'll be back!
