I went for breakfast. It's a busy restaurant but there are a lot of seats. They have English menu but you need to tick on a Taiwanese sheet. Taiwanese meatball had interesting taste. Wonton soup was good but a bit bland. Local people around us ordered more delicious looking meals so if you know what to order it's a good restaurant .
My soup was served scalding hot but was fairly bland. The imitation duck or goose was amazing but served cold. Overall 4 stars for options, menu, general vibe helpful, friendly staff.
Love this place. Love it. Real Taiwanese food in a real Taiwanese environment. The menu and servers don't speak English, but there is a laminated English menu that you can ask for. Not every dish is uniformly good I thought the rice noodle dish was dry. I recommend the seafood soup, that was really yummy. Super cheap, too. You may have to work to get the servers' attention. Once I came in and it took me half an hour before I got someone to tell me that they were all sold out and closing. Updated from previous review on 2019 01 03
