Bidrage med feedbackIndulge experimental bistro surprised me every time. their cocktails are categorized with different geographic regions taiwans and they even took the most famous components / food ingredients from the respective regions to create these signature drinks. they can say how good the skills of their bartenders are from each individual drink. the aromas of ingredients are mixed well, while complimented, so they can identify them individually. another a plus goes to her. we ordered the 腐śrisottos and it was described in addition. Overall, I think that indulge experimental bistro top 50 is from a very legit background.
Best cocktail I had in taiwan. I ordered 三, initially it seemed to be a quite interesting combination of vat, whisky and some other herbal ingredients. it is a sparkling cocktail that surprised me definitiw, a little sour (I love sourness) and great balance of all ingredients. we also ordered those with kavalan, winter melons and pineapple. this was also a high point of the night and demonstrated the ability of the bartender to surprise us with its aesthetic and taste. the food was also great, we had bark steak cube and pumpkin suppe, the bark meat dish was so good that I made an additional order after the conclusion of the first. last but not least the menu design was kreatiw and showed the spirit taiwans. would come again, next time you have to try dinner!
Food was great and staff were very friendly. We went there to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, they even prepared a small cake for us, very sweet (you will need to tell them when booked on phone). Would definitely go again. Strongly recommended.
Place to have great drink after work. Food is great as well. Recommend Wood and Metal No.1 Must try Shirmp Noodles.
Damn fine drinks from the bar. I ordered something without alcohol, and they totally delivered, complete with a spritz of the yuzu essence scents, cause they remembered that I liked yuzu, from an earlier random conversation. The staff also remembered we were there more than a month ago, and what we liked from their bar.
